The Kinross Inn is a boutique motel at the Canberra end of town, we are 3.5 Star AAA rated.

The Kinross in is within walking distance of shops restaurants, pubs, clubs, the Cooma Visitors Centre and local attractions. All rooms are at ground level and have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, heating and electric blankets, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster refrigerator, TV with movie link on demand and undercover Parking.
